School History

Joined Hands for Inclusive Child Education (JOHICE) was founded in August 2010 as a charitable organisation concerted towards ensuring inclusive, quality educational opportunities for all military and veteran-connected children affected by mobility, transition, and family separation. JOHICE is a Nigeria partner member of the Military Child Education Coalition (MCEC) TX, USA. Founded by Mrs. Ajoke Adeleke, Mrs Adeleke is a child loving enthusiast and a campaigner for inclusive academic for all children. Born to a military family, she grew up with an academic history that now forms a bedrock of experiences channeled towards helping other related children to thrive better by building a strong and sustainable case for support of children whose academic education is affected by parent?s service mobility, transition and family separations. For over the years, Mrs. Adeleke has worked wth team to expand JOHICE outreach through engagements, advocacy and partnerships and providing direct and collective academic support aids to children in Barrack schools in Nigeria with special focus on Lagos & Osun states.
