School History
"HISTORY OF THE SCHOOL The journey started on the 23rd November, 2003. Sequel to the interview granted by the Lagos State Television (LTV 8) moderated by Mrs. Bamishaye Oni, to the newly appointed Hon. Commissioner for Education, Alh. Professor Abdul Rasheed Olakunle Lawal in the administration of Bola,Ahmed Tinubu. The avalanche of outlined programmes asserted on the said programme fascinated Khalifat Abdul Razak Anifowoshe, who happened to be an old friend and classmate of the commissioner. Without much ado, an application for Elepe Community High School was written to the commissioner with Khalifat being at the centre of gravity. The application was ediately approved by the government. With the steadfastness of Khalifat who became the C.D.A. Chairman of Elepe Community in the year 2005 alongside with other C.D.A. exectives, notable ones among them are Mrs. S. B. Kehinde Vice Chairman, Alh. Dairo, Mrs. Adereso, Immam H. Sulaimon, Mallam Audu, Mr. Johnson Erituga, Mr. Okeowo, Mr. Tajudeen, Mrs. Aleilo - community leader, Mrs. Sholeye - community leader, Pastor Oladayo Alokan. We all pursued the projects vigorously to the logical conclusion. Despite government bureaucracy and other logistic problems, the School took off on the 24th April, 2006,3 years after approval. The above piece was told by Khalifat Abdul Razak Anifowoshe the C.D.A. Chairman-of Elepe Community and written by the Principal Mr. O. C. Oyewole."
