School History
Zumratul Islamiyyah Nur/Pry School, Araromi was founded in 1955 with a block of six classrooms and a Small administrative offive operating three shifts school system of about thirty-eight classes in 1980 the school grew to a large number of forty-eight classes which broght the split into two autonomous schools Z.I. & Muslim Araromi. Mr. Bowoto who was on transfer to the school was made the headteacher Z.I. Pry school. The six classrooms now housed three schools thus Z.I. Muslim and domestic centre. The school had a population of 1254. In 1987 it came down to 1072 with twenty teachers and four non-Teaching staff. In 1991 it went up to 1375, then after the strike that lasted for long the population came down to 600 since then it has not increase as before but i know with effort of the state governor & Deputy and with the effort of hard working staff the population will increase again.Is headed by Mrs. Oyinloye F.F. ,the school population is 228 pupils

With the dedicated teachers in the school the children will be trained academically in order to compete with other children in order places perfectly. They will perform excellently in sports. All the children will ave opportunity to handle computer and also be a computer literate.We teach them what is required of them so that they will become good citizens
