Our mission is to graduate inquiry, knowledgeable, skillful, caring, balanced and outstanding students that can think critically and solve a problem with a goal to becoming God fearing global leaders, entrepreneurs, and successful adults.

School History

ASCON Staff Nursery/Primary School was established as a welfare scheme that would provide inducement to attract the specialized human resources needed by the Administration Staff College of Nigeria (ASCON). Teaching and Learning commenced on Monday, 22nd October, 1979 with twenty-two pupils at Hall 5 Trade Fair Complex, Kilometre 15, Badagry Express road, Lagos. Mrs. Christianah Aduke Bademosi, a seasoned and renowned educationist was the pioneer Headteacher, Rev. Canon S.A. Dewale of Saint John?s Church Aroloya Lagos conducted the Opening service. On 12th November, 1979, the school was oved to Topo-Badagry and occupied the last three rooms at the east-wing of the main administration and later relocated to this permanent site in Phase II of the college. ASCON Staff School now train both staff and non-staff children. Since then, the community has been longing to have a secondary school as continuity to accommodate the yearly turn out of graduands from this notable institution, but all efforts put before now proved abortive. Consequent, on the policy of Basic Education Programmme by the Federal Government of Nigeria, it became imperative for all schools in Lagos State to ebrace the scheme of BASIC I ? IX. ASCON Staff School had no option than to comply with the government policy. For this reason, ASCON Staff Nursery/Primary School gave birth to ASCON Secondary School, 22nd September 2008, with thirteen students in the first day of resumption, Mr. A.O. Etu a dedicated and seasoned teacher was appointed as the Ag. Headteacher to run the school. The ASCON community and beyond were happy for the establishment of the school which they have been yearning for.
