School History
"Gbaja Girls’ Junior High School was formed in January 2003. The school was carved out from Gbaja Girls’ Surulere. As the name depicts, it is a single sex (GIRLS ONLY) and a day school. The school is a prototype building of eighteen rooms, seventeen toilets, three stores. It houses the principal office, V. Ps office, one staff room, Basic Science Laboratory, EKO Resource Room, Home Economics room, Library, Music room, Basic Technology room, Counselling room, Sick Bay, and classrooms for the students. The school operates varied curricular and co-curricular activities geared towards engendering total development of the girl child.
