School History
Merc-King Scholars Academy was established on Monday 26th September5, 2005. The school seeing the need for improved post-primary education established its college. The first term resumption for 2005/2006 academic session fell on monday, 26th September, 2005. The first principal, Mr. S. Bamidele Dowo(GD II, B. Sc., 1985) resumed on Monday, September 5, 2005. On September 26, 2005, Mrs. M. E. Inyang (B. Ed. Educational Admin) the proprietress of kings' scholar academy (Merc-King Scholars college) Founded it. A principal, 4 teaching staff, 5 students resumed. The school continued to offer the best academic and moral teaching to the Children.
