The school was founded on the 18th September, 2006, in fulfillment of an age long dream and admiration of the promoters. This dream and desire originated from the love the Chairman of the board of Governors, Mr. I.O. Falade has for teaching .The success story he had initiated a desire in him to float a regular school. The desire coincided with his wife's ambition to established a school that serve as a model for other schools.
