School History

State Junior High School, Alimosho was carved out of the State High School and Senior on 6th of January, 2023 when all post primary schools were split into Junior and Secondary Schools. At inception, there were 5 blocks housing the classrooms, staff rooms, vice principal officers and the principal's office.The number of staff were 94, comprising of 17 male and 77 female. The student population as at January 2003 was 2,752

State Junior High School Alimosho is poised for greatness. In the coming years, our school plans to expand its facilities to include state-of-the-art science labs, a modern library, and a spacious auditorium.
