School History
cOgunlade Primary School 1 was founded on the 9th of Dec. 1981 under the leadership of Mrs R.A. Anawekhai the acting Headteacher. The school took off with nine classes and five teachers that were brought from different schools around. It was first named Alaba Pry School 4. The School launched its PTA on 21st of Nov. 1982. It was this body that condemned name Alaba Pry School 4. The School was given community Pry school Alaba because pupils and teachers were drawn from community. It was an order from PSMB that ass schools must be named after the sheets the school was renamed on 18th of July 1986 as Ogunlade Pry school. The School is now under the leadership of Mrs. C.C. Agu form March 5h 2007.
