School History

The school is based on realization dream which envisioned years ago while growing . After my primary and secondary school education ,i pursued a degree in Education at Adeniran Ogunsanya College of Education at Ijainiki. The citadel of learning was born with a vision to inspire and provide topnotch education while instilling good morals in the pupils in a condusive atmosphere . In race to achieve this dream, Great Zion Nursery and Primary school was established on the 7th January , 2013 . And thus far the journey has been glorious . The school which is the brain child of my teaching adventure that spanned a decade with 13 pupils on the date of inception.Within a decade of existence , this has continously excelled in all examinations and competitions within and outside the state.We have participated in several competition where our pupils performed excellently well and emerged the best , thereby returning to the school after these competition with plaques , medals , certificates and cash Prizes. In the school , average pupil are transformed into good pupils , and good pupils are worked upon , to become better , while the better pupils are polished to emerge the best. In a nutshell, we dont just teach pupils ,our teachers are tutors ,counselors and role model to our pupils like their own biological children.
