Kadara Junior Grammar School Development Plan Duration: 2024–2027 1. Vision & Mission Statement Vision: To offer functional and qualitative education for students. Mission: To develop a total child through qualitative and sound solid foundation. 2. Key Development Goals A. Infrastructure Improvement (i) Renovate existing classrooms and construct new blocks to accommodate more students. (ii) Improve sanitation facilities, including toilets and water supply. (iii) Upgrade Home Economics laboratories, libraries, and ICT rooms with modern equipment. (iv) Ensure school buildings meet safety standards (e.g., fire extinguishers, emergency exits). B. Academic Enhancement (i) Introduce teacher training programs to improve lesson delivery and modern teaching techniques. (ii) Increase the use of technology in teaching (smartboards, projectors, and internet access). (iii) Develop a mentorship program for students to enhance learning support. (iv) Organize inter-school competitions to boost academic excellence. C. Student Welfare & Extracurricular Activities (i) Implement a structured guidance and counseling program.
