Future Plans for the School
To ensure continuous improvement and long-term success, we have outlined the following future plans for Resettlement Community Junior Secondary School: INFRASTRUCTURE DEVELOPMENT: Beyond additional classrooms, we aim to construct science laboratories, staff offices, and recreational facilities to enhance student learning and engagement. TEACHER TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT: Establishing a continuous professional development program to train teachers in modern pedagogical methods and ICT integration. STUDENT SUPPORT SERVICE: Implementing counseling and mentorship programs to support students' academic and emotional well-being. EXTRACURRICULAR DEVELOPMENT: Introducing clubs, vocational training, and sports programs to ensure holistic student development. Our school already has existing clubs, but we urgently need a hall to make these activities more efficient and effective due to the limited classroom space. We remain committed to these plans and seek the necessary support to realize them for the benefit of our students and the community.
