"HOME ECONOMICS CENTRE POBO COMMUNITY PRIMARY SCHOOL POKA HISTORY: The Centre was Created On January 1990 Under Authority of School Management Committee Agbowa,Eredo,Ejinrin AEE/SMC as directed by Local Education District Epe for more creation of Vocational Centres in, Primary School due to the New Policy of Education and Community during the period of Late Alhaji Olorunlogbon at Poka. The Centre was merge with the Pobo Community Primary School Poka in 1990 during the period of Mrs Onweluzo C. N who was the Head Teacher of the School then and it was later Sperated from Pobo Community Primary School in Year 2004 While Mrs Akinroyi E.K was an Head Teacher Home Economics Centre in the Year 2004-2009. The following are the list of Head Teacher's who had served as the Centre Manager to date: 1: MRS AMINU M.A 22-1-2009_10-12-20014. 2: MRS ISHAU M. O 12-9-2017_10-1-2019. 6: MRS ALAKA S.O 10-1-2019_4-9-2020. 7: MISS ADEDEJI B.I 19-10-2020 UPDATE. Eight Schools within the Pobo Zone were attached to attend Pre -Vocational training Once in a week.
