School History

The school was founded in 1980 during the Jakande regime. Rhere were 42 classes deshifted from various schools ie. Itire Primary School and schools from Eleja complex. It had only primary classes 1-5 at its inception. The founding headteacher Mr Okeowo ,died soon after and so Mr Akinyemi M.A, the then assistant headteacher, took over until 1st September 1981 when Mr S.O. Hundeyin was sent to head the school. As a result of population explosion, the school was divided into 2 via: schools I $ II , with school I having 24 classes and school II is 18 classes. Mr S.O Hundeyin remained the Head teacher of school I Odo olowu Pry School. While Mr Akinyemi M. A, the former assistant, became the headteacher of the School II, now Sijuade Primary School.
