Upe primary school iraye oke was founded on 16th September 1976 with a block six classrooms and headed by Mr m.o adegbuyi and a teacher mr funmilayo between 1976 till date 14th head teachers have served in the school,the present headteacher is miss orimogunje Adebowale Ayoni,the school is situated in the heart of the town it is a mixed school both federal and lagos state had constructed two modern buildings that comprise six and twenty classrooms with required amenities respectively, the school is unique for is conducive for teaching and learning process with child friendly environment.
