"BRIEF HISTORY OF THE SCHOOL INTRODUCTION In my capacity as Chairman, ANCOPSS Surulere Zone, I reported to Femi Gbajabiamila Junior and Senior Secondary School on 10th October 2025 after a meeting with the director of administration and human resources (DAHR) – Miss Yemisi Oguntona, Director of School Administration (DSA) – Mrs Olayinka C. Abiodun, Mr Eyitope S. Akinde, Mr Adeniyi A. Amodu, the two vice-principals – Mrs Olajumoke A. Idowu for the Senior School and Mr Adubi O. for the Junior School. We met at the office of the Director of Administration and Human Resources (DAHR) on Wednesday, the 8th of October 2025, where I was informed that I would be the pioneering principal coordinating the two schools. On Thursday, 9th October 2025, we all gathered at the school with the political stakeholders, ably headed by the executive chairman of Itire-Ikate LCDA, to take over the school as a public secondary school. Immediately, an inventory of the two secondary schools was done on the spot and is documented in the later part of my handing-over note."
