It should however be mentioned that the school had been in the hand of the inhabitants of Itun-Agan Community before the Lagos State Government took over the school and gave it a befitting structure. A month later, Miss Adebayo Ponle was also redeployed to the school from Tomaro Junior Secondary, Tomaro. Mr. Erinle, Tutor-General/Permanent Secretary, Mrs. Yekini (DSA) and other District staff members performed the official opening ceremony. A storey building of twelve (12) classrooms, toilets, staff room and a principal office was provided by the government. It would be seen that the member of teachers provided are not enough. This made it become imperative for the principal to engage five (5) other Ad-hoc teachers, two (2) guards and one (1) sanitation manager whose emolument are to be paid from the running cost. The population of JSS2 and JSS3 is 124 when the school started on February 11th ,2021. The school has just received a placement of 78 students into JSS1 for 2022/2023 academic session. The school is well furnished with students’ chairs but none was provided for the principal and other members of staff. The pioneer principal subsequently handed over the school to Mr. Abereoje, M.O., a senior staff member and director who was transferred from the district to oversee the affairs of the school. After some months, a Vice Principal, Mr. Akinbami E.O., was deployed, and he later became the Principal during the 2023/2024 academic session. During this period, another Vice Principal, Mr. Martins Olakunle, was deployed to the school. Thereafter, both Mr. Abereoje and Mr. Martins were redeployed. Around May 2025, Mr. Akinbami E.O. handed over to Miss Lawal R.T., who is the current Principal for the 2025/2026 academic session. "
