School History

Local Government Primary School is a Public Primary School located in Epe Local Government area of Lagos State. The School was established in 18th August, 1981. The School commenced proper teaching and learning operations on 11th December, 1981 with four teaching staff and four non-teaching staff. However, in 1981, the School resumed with thirty-five Pupils using the old Jakande block of three classrooms which was recently replaced by a block of two Classrooms currently in use. Presently, the School enrolment is 40, comprising 21 Boys, and 19 Girls. Hence, the Staff strength is 8, 7-teaching Staff and 1 non-teaching including 6 Male and 2 Female Staff. The size of the School is 480 by 240 square meters.
