School History
Atara Health Centre Primary School, Aguda was founded in 1980 in Lagos and led by Mr. T. O. Agunbiade. It started with few staff and about 304 pupils, growing rapidly to over 900 pupils by 1983/84. The school expanded from 16 classrooms and improved facilities with strong PTA support. Pupils performed well academically and took part in sports, debates, and competitions, winning awards. Graduates proceeded to Aguda Grammar School. Today, the structure of the school has changed to modern structure with school hall and ICT center with pupils performing excellently well ,both in internal and external exams.
