School History
The school was established in September, 1961 as a Modern School by the Community.In September, 1978 ,it was renamed Sea Coast Community Grammar School before being taken over by the government in 1981 and subsequently renamed Magbon Alade Grammar School With the advent of Universal Basic Education in 2000 the school was split into both Junior and Senior Grammar School in 2003. The junior school caters for basic 7-9 (JSS3)students, while the senior school caters for SSS1-3 students
