School History
Jama-atul Islamiyyah Primary School , Ikorodu was founded in the year 1955 by the Jama-atul Islamiyyah mission, Nigeria with its site at Itun maja Mosque, Ikorodu. The school was later moved to its present site onishigida, off Ogunshi street, Ikorodu in 1956 with a population of thirty four pupils and two class teachers. The first headteacher of the school was Mr. Obakoya A. The fifteeth and present headteacher is Mr. Balogun M.A
