School History

Local Government Primary School, Majidun was founded in Jan. 17th 1955. The School was situated in Majidun environment in Ikorodu West Development Council Area Ikorodu. The School is one of fifty schools in Ikorodu Local Government. The majority of the people are Migrant Fishermen both genders. The Schools called Native Authority School then later changed to the present name. The first teacher was Mr. A.O. Akinniyi while Mr. S,A, Odunfa was the first Headteacher. The present Acting headteacher is Mrs. Alli=Balogun B.Y.
