School History
Araromi Baptist School was opened 1st may 1939 with fifty pupils on roll and three teachers. The temporary site of the school was old queen's college compound by 7th feb. 1940 the population of the school including the teachers and classes increased from 50 pupils to 78 pupils, 3 - 5 teachers and 2-5 classes because of the rapid growth of the school, By 15th dec. 1960 the school has its building on two site i.e 32 moloney street and old Queen's college compound in 1970, the changing of standard to primary course was operated. And in 1980 16th Oct. the morning and afternoon shift was cancelled, classes and teachers were reduced.
