School History

The School was established in 1954 by a private individual by name Rev. Ekang under the defunct Western Region of Nigeria .The school was named after the founder (Ekang School).When free education was introduced the Western Region in 1955,Government took over the schools. The name of the school was changed to Central school.In1980 the name of the school was changed to New primary School
