School History
It was founded in 1951 by Jama-at-ul Islamiyya mission of Nigeria as an unapproved school. The pioneers were Alhaji Lawal Augusto, Mr. A.K. Laguda and others. The first head teacher was Mr. Edwin Sunday Ashaye an untrained teacher. It was later approvedin 1954. It started at the mosque No 109 Tokunboh str. Lagos. It was moved to its present site 39/41 Patey street Lagos in 1960. It was runing for morning and afternoon session due to its large population. Later in 1977 it was splited into two Jama-at-ul 1 & 2. At present the school runs only one section due to its low population. The school premises is always flooded. The water from the canal inter the school compond.
