1. Introduction of more Trade Sections – It will increase the diversity of skills students can gain, which can make them more competitive in the job market. 2. Active involvement in knowledge exchange, project-based programs locally and globally This will expose students to different projects, educational, cultural experiences and help develop their hands-on skills. 3. Improving overall student performance Focusing on academic excellence is very important, and it's crucial to have strategies to support struggling students. 4. Increasing alumni engagement Alumni can offer valuable insights, mentorship, and even resources to support current students, so strengthening these ties is a smart move. 5. Community involvement Building stronger ties with the local community can lead to practical learning opportunities for students and create goodwill. 6. In-house training for staff Continuous professional development ensures that staff are up-to-date with the latest teaching methods, teaching tools and industry practices, benefiting both staff and their students. 7. More collaborations with industry partners This is key for making the curriculum more relevant to industry needs, and can also provide students with internship and job placement opportunities. 8. Adoption of students by staff for mentoring Creating mentorship opportunities is essential for students' growth, both academically and personally. 9. Exhibition of work products Showcasing students' work fosters a sense of pride and can attract interest from potential employers or partners. 10. Fostering better relationships with parents Involving parents in their children's educational activities can lead to better support systems both at home and school. 11.
