School History
The present Ayetoro Primary School was formerly Megbon Local Government school II. It was carved our from Megbon Local Government School. The carving our was done in Sept. 7th 1981. The founding headteacher was Mrs.C.F. Abioye . The School started with sixteen classes comprising of 2 streams of Pry 1, 7 streams of primary 2 and seven streams of primary 3 to start with. Teachers were been sent from neighboring schools,Itire road pry school 1 & Megbon Local Government Pry school as a result of which nineteen teachers started the school. Many activities had happened in the school like drama, cultural competition in which the school won the 3rd prize in drama in 2001 and 2008 respectively. Since the creation of the school many head teacher, asst. headteachers and classroom teachers had served in the school but up to this present year 2006 Ayetoro is headedby Mrs.C.M.Akinyele while mrs. R.O. Owoeye is the assit. headteacher. The school has produced many prominent people since then. The school has been progressing an we thank God that the light of the school never grows less.
