School History

Itire Primary School was founded on the 1st of April 1975. It was founded by the Itire Community. Prototype building of "U" shape was erected with thirty classrooms by Gov. Mudashiru Lawal administration.Presently, the school is under construction which is yet to be completed The school has 660 pupils 18 teachers and 10 non teaching staff Mrs D.O. Olaleye took over from the former headteacher retired on the 17th Dec. 2011
