School History

Mainland Model Primary School was founded as a private school in 1955 by Late A.A.Ogunboiki The school started operation at 51B Akodu Street Mushin, It was later moved to the present site at 44 Cardoso Street ,Mushin in September, 1980 during government Lateef Jakande's regime .The school started with two hundred and ninety pupils and six teachers . Recently, the population of the school is four hundred and ninety eight pupils ,seventeen teachers and eight non teaching staff
