School History
The school was founded by the African Church Mission in 1950 by the St. Paul's African Church under the Most Revd. D.O. Ogunmodede who was the then primate of the African Church Schools & Colleges. The School resumed on the 29th of January 1950 with Mr. J.Adekayewu being the first headteacher and four other classroom teachers. Several head teachers had served in the school, the present headteacher is Mrs. Lawson Janet Ajibola. The School presently has a staff strength of 26, including 14 teachers and non-teaching staff, 18 classrooms and Home Economics serving the Ilupeju Zone and a population of 339 pupils. The First School Leaving Certificate Examination was first written in the school in 1961, recording a 100% success. The school grew rapidly in population, the school won several merit awards, like in neatness, representing in spelling Bee, e.t.c The school has experienced a lot of improvement under the new H/M including donation of chairs and renovation of a classroom fitted with doors and windows by the Rotary club of Ilupeju THE Spelling Bee Competition was won by one of the pupils this year 2013
