Our Mission Statement
To provide for the educational needs of the teeming population of teenagers living in Igando and its environs. To comply with the educational policis of the Lagos state Goverment. To serve humanity with the knowledge gained from education.
  
School History
Igando community Junior High School came into existence on the 6th of Jan. 2003 the date all the public sec. sch. in Lagos State were divided into Junor and sec. sch. It is an offshoot of Igando community High Sch. which was founded in 1980. It is physically located along the newly tarred Ikotun-Igando Rd which is under the Alimosho Local Govt. Being a community school situated in a rural environment ,it provides the educational needs of the teeming population of teenagers living in igando and its environs like Ikotun,Egan and Akesan.
