To encourage and empower every pupils and teachers to genuine sence of leadership. To be self employed and grow up to be home makers through vocational education.
  
School History
The centre proceeded by the catholic mission in 1932 as Domestic Science Centre St. Mary's Convent School Lagos. Following the government take over of Schools at the inception of the Second Republic Civilian government in 1979, the school was changed to Home Economics Centre. St Mary's convert with Mrs. F.B. Falowo as the headteacher from 1981-1995. The school presently is having 10 Teachers and 8 NTS staff with 14 schools in attendance within the Lagos island L.G.E.A and Mrs. Titilola A.Oyetoro-Falana as the current headteacher from October 2009 to date.
