School History
Amuwo Odofin Primary School Mile 2 was opened on the 6th of Sept. 1982 with eighteen teachers. Mrs W.O. Ogundana was the headteacher then and Mr. O.A. Sanni as the asst. H/M. The School took off with total number of 288 pupils from classes 1-6 boys 127 and 161 girls. On the 27th of Sept. 1982 a list of the children of occupants of Amuwo Odofin Low cost Housing estate was sent from SMB through SMC with a total No of 404 pupils across primary L.G.
