Our Mission Statement

*To encourage the pupils of School age to attend School. *Provision of sound and qualitative Education. *To impact positive academic and moral knowledge into the pupils. *To encourage the girls Education (as the leguns, will not allow the female children to attend School).

School History

The School is situated in the heart of Makoko town in Yaba Local Council Development Area where smoked fish is their trade. The School commenced academic work on 7th September 1981. Mrs.Adetunji was the headteacher while Mrs. V.O Olusodo was the Assistant headteacher. On opening, the School had twenty five teaching and five non-teaching staff on inception. The School is providing Education for the children of Eguns, Ijaws and Ilajes in the community. The School is noted for excellence performance in march past, footballing and Egun cultural dance. However the School would have been demolished to pave way for the constuction of express road from Ebute Metta bridge via Oyadiran estate to sabo yaba on 5/5/86 if not for Gods intervention.
