School History

A.U.D(JUNIOR) HIGH SCHOOL, SURULERE was founded on the 6th of JANUARY, 2003 as a result of split of Secondary Schools in the State into Senior & Junior Secondary Schools. Students population then was 78. The pioneer principal was Mrs. B.O Saibu, Staff was 19. She was redeployed on the 3rd of January, 2008 and duly replaced by Mr. N.M Alli,the current Principal is Mrs. O.M. Adeyemo .The school won Governor Education Award in 2011,during the current Principal tenure
