The school was founded in the year 1960 . The school is situated at 27, Itire Road ,Surulere Lagos. . The school has trained many prominent Nigerian personalities ,example lawyers ,Doctors, Engineers, Chairmen of Local Government and renowned Head teachers and Principals among prominent Headteachers are Rev. Bishop Adekambi , Chief A.F. Akinwale and Mrs. T.O. Ezenibe. The present headteacher of the school is Mrs. R.O. Oyegbemi
