School History

New Town Nur/Pry School Festac was established in Oct. 1980. It was carved out from universal Primary Education School 1 and was named school 2 of the parent School. On 1st Sept. 1986, the maned was changed from Festival Community Pry school to New Town Pry School. Since inception, the school has been talented by hardworking and brilliant teachers as shown in academic performance of pupils. The School took leading positions in several Local Government and state competitions with each awards and scholarship. Presently the school is headed by Mrs. Ehirim T.N. with 6 teaching and 8 non-teaching staff. With three hundred and thirty two pupils.
