The school was carved out of the former Cardosso High School, Badia-Ijora in January 2003 as a Junior High School, to cater for the Education of Basic 7 to Basic 9 students The school has grown from a population of under 1500 at inception to the present status of about 2500 The students perfomance has been on the average. The school lacks infrastructural facilities.
