The school was established in January 3rd 2003 with the posting of principal, vice-principals and teachers from various Schools in and around Ajeromi Ifelodun Local Government Area with total staff strength of 25, Students were redeployed from eigth different Schools in the same zone to form the nucleus of the Students population of the School. The School population was 1081, comprising of S.S1-370, S.S2-711. The mission statement of the School is : Stand firm, fly high, to be faithful and loyal, hard work, integrity per excellence through high academic performance, producing quality future teachers.
