To provide a conducive learning environment for the education of young boys and girls in a God-fearing way that will ensure the realisation of their full potentials and become responsible citizens contributing to the growth and development of their fatherland.

School History

The school was founded and named Jubril Martin Memorial Grammar School III in August 1980.The First Principal of the school was Mr. A.K Ashorobi (B.A & M.A) who resumed for duty on the 4th of August 1980. Recognition inspection began by a team of teachers led by Mrs. Giwa of School Management Council (SMC) and it lasted for 3 days from 2nd-4th July 1982. The first Prize Giving Day and Valedictory Day for all class five students was observed on the 8th of July 1982.The school's name was changed to Iponri High School and the P.T.A was launched on the 7th of O ctober 1982. The school's was approved as Iponri Grammar School on the 10th January, 1983. Mrs. S.B Orekoya reported on the 9th January 1984 as the substantive principal of the college. On the 15th June 1984, Chief Namdy I. Udezeh (B.Sc. Hons Education/Geography) reported for duty as the principal when the former one resigned her service. The school was amongst those returned to the Anwar-ul-Islam Society by the Lagos State Government.
