The school situated at 31A Ladipo Labionjo Crescent ,Surulere was founded on 26th September, 1980 with Mr. V.K. Ogunyemi as pioneer Principal.The school had 221 foundation students with eight teachers. During the regime of Mrs. O.O. Carena 2001, the school was awarded British Council Programme called Dreams Teams.The school also received various awards :2nd Position (Science Exhibition) Merit Award in Landscaping & Beautification .The school is presently headed by Mrs. A.O. Aina
