School History
The school was opened by Alhaji Lateef Jakande on the 26th September 1980. It started with 302 students in form one and two. The founding Principal was Mr.J.A Afolabi. He was succeeded by Mrs. C.O. Oderinde on the 19th June, 1989. She in turn was succeeded by Mrs. Onwuagbu on the 6th January, 1997, Mrs.A.V Yesufu on the 14th March, 2002 with 80 teachers and 1,600 students. The school was split into senior and junior schools on the 6th January 2003.
