School History
The school was established by the Lagos State government on the 26th September, 1980. It was initially named Baptist Academy Primary School II but later renamed Saviour's Primary School. The school was established to accommodate the large number of private schools, pupils following the state government directive that they should merge with public schools. The first Headmaster of the school was Mr. M.O. Owonifari, assisted by Mrs. C.O. Adenuga and other able teachers.
