School History

Central Primary School was established on 1st Sept. 1981. The school was carved out of Community Pry School III, Oshodi. The first Headteacher of the school was Mrs. Okeke R.N. The school took off with 19 teachers and 20 classes. The special unit for pupils with special needs became an integral part of the school on 11th July 2003 with 7 pupils and 2 teachers. Today the unit has 7 teachers and 116 pupils. Presently the population of the schools is as follows:- staff, 24 teacher, 19 non teaching staff, pupils 183 males, 151 female total 334.

To have a school bus to conveying pupils to excursion Qualified Instructors in order to have self fulfilled pupils Audio visual equipments to make lessons more vivid and interesting
