Our Mission Statement
At the end of 2009/2010 academic session 1. Pupils should improve in personal hygiene and mode of dressing 2. Academic improvement especially in reading and mathematics 3. School environment beautification and cleanliness 4. Improvement in sport activities 5. Parents participation in open day.
  
School History
The school was established in 15th February, 1953. It was known as Mushin District Council School, Okuta. Mr. W.A. Adejo headed the school with eighty pupils. On 18th March, the name changed from (MDC) to (MTC) Mushin Town Council. On 21st July, 1980 the school was divided into three namely: Shomolu Local Government Primary School, Temple Primary School and Alubarika Primary School. Presently, the school has Mrs. N.V. Uhegbu as headteacher, assisted by Mrs. Onitilo E.A. with twenty-seven teachers and twelve non-teaching staff. The population of pupils stand at five hundred and twenty five with the prospect of more increase.
