School History

The school Community Nursery and Primary School Ilapo was founded on the 12th of January 2009 by Mrs Ayoade B.M who is the pioneer head teacher. The school is situated along Alaso road off AIT The school started with 264 pupils in an uncompleted building along Ilu peju street ilapo Alagbado, The community provide six community teachers before the government tools over the school, Three of these teachers where converted The government later provide 7 teachers after it was taken over. The population of the school increased tremendously being the only primary school that serves the community The headteacher as a reward was awarded the best headteacher for the year 2011/2012 in lagos state.
