School History
Local Government Primary School, Aboreji was established in the year 1957 by the efforts of three communities namely: 1. Aboreji 2. Okedeba and Ajimo. Two classrooms was built at that time with bamboo leaves. It was built at the boundary of Lagos and Ogun State in Aboreji Village during the time of Chief Obafemi Awolowo. In 1979, the Lagos State Governor at that time Alhaji Lateef Kayode Jakande built a block of six classrooms which they are still maintaining up to date. Some of the previous headteachers are late Alhaji T.A. Onakohya, Mr. Ipaye, U.O., Mr. Adekoya, C.O., Mr. Talabi, A.A Mr. Onabi. F, Mr. Oludipe. A.A. and the present Headteacher now is Olori Tairu S. Adetola
