Our Mission Statement
THE MISSION OF PRIME MONTESSORI SCHOOL IS TO PROVIDE EXCELLENT AND QUALITATIVE EDUCATIONAL SERVICES TO OUR PUPILS, IN A FRIENDLY ENVIRONMENT, USING QUALIFIED AND EXPERIENCED RESOURCE PERSONS, WITH APPROPRIATE TECHNOLOGY.

PRIME MONTESSORI SCHOOL, 23 NEW ROAD SATELLITE TOWN, LAGOS OPENED ON MONDAY 23RD OCTOBER, 1993, WITH A POPULATION OF EIGHTY (80) PUPILS, HAVING EARLIER BEEN GRANTED APPROVAL BY LAGOS STATE GOVERNMENT TO OPERATE BOTH NURSERY/PRIMARY SCHOOLS WITHIN ITS PURPOSE BUILT PREMISES. INITIAL CLASSES WERE KINDERGARTEN, NURSERIES I/II AND GRADES I - IV. TEACHING STAFF AT THE INCEPTION WERE MADE UP OF A HEADTEACHER, THREE OTHER CLASS/SUBJECT TEACHERS, NURSERY TEACHERS WITH A NUMBER OF UTILITY/GENERAL STAFF. CURRENTLY, THE SCHOOL NOW HAS ABOUT 512 PUPILS WITH COMMENSURATE NUMBER OF TEACHING AND SUPPORTING STAFF.
