In accordance with the circular Ref.No Leo/imp/1o,10/tz/vo1/79 of the ministry of Education inspectorate division Yaba ,the Salvation Army School Two (afternoon Section )Ebute Meta was opened on the 3rd of January 1977 with seventeen teaching staff and two non -teaching staff Mr. J.A Bela was the acting Headteacher of the Salvation Army Pry School ,Okobaba
