Our Mission Statement
Our mission is to run Accelerated Christian Education (A.C.E.), a value based education. It is the school of tomorrow which aims to have the very best educational programme possible. A joyous, accepting, secured atmosphere where the teacher represents the character of God, loving, caring, forgiving, dedicated as he/she leads the children to love and serve God.Children learn to work independently at their own pace without damaging competition. They are not humiliated or embarrassed thereby, building a positive self-image. With that, the children will come out with their very best, growing in the light of God.

School History
HOW IT ALL BEGAN St. Jude's Private School started as Crown Day Nursery at Jubril Martins Street, Surulere. It relocated to Festac Town in October, 1978. It had six standard classrooms, an office and four toilets. The staff comprised of Mrs. Akpan and Mrs Jatto formerly Mrs. Okonma (Director of the school). By the end of the year, the school enrollment had risen to sixty-two, from nursery one to primary one, and had six members of staff. In October 1980, the first permanent structure was constructed and by the end of the session, the classes were all filled up. Two more blocks and an administrative office were added in October 1981 to make a total of sixteen classrooms. The demand for admission into the school increased tremendously. In an attempt to meet the increasing demand, one-story building with twelve classrooms was added to the existing structure to house the primary section only. At present, the nursery/primary has thirty classrooms, a standard library, a well-equipPed science laboratory, computer laboratory, music room, a sick bay with a qualified nurse, art room, playroom for the little ones, a dinning hall and a multipurpose hall.
